Eduardo Neret graduated from Florida State University College of Law with Honors in 1992. While attending law school, Mr. Neret clerked at the Florida Supreme Court. Upon graduation from law school, attorney Neret clerked at the Third District Court of Appeal. After the one year commitment to clerk at the Third District Court of Appeal, Mr. Neret began his practice in the private sector with Akerman Senterfitt, P.A. where he ran the workers' compensation department. In 2001, Mr. Neret opened his own practice. Eduardo Neret is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Neret has concentrated his practice in the areas of Workers' Compensation since 1993 and has practiced and tried cases before most of the Judges of Compensation Claims in the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach Districts of the Division of Administrative Hearings. Mr. Neret has lectured to various professional organizations as well as insurance groups in the areas of workers' compensation and wrongful termination. Specifically, Mr. Neret has lectured for Lorman Education Services as well as for the National Business Institute. He has also lectured in the area of employer's rights to reimbursement from the Special Disability Trust Fund.
Eduardo Neret recently extended his practice to offer services as a mediator. Mr. Neret is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. Being involved in a workers' compensation claim is stressful for injured workers. Employers and Carriers see workers' compensation claims as problems. When a case is settled, however, all parties are relieved. Mr. Neret can assist all parties reach a resolution to their legal dispute which saves the parties months of turmoil, thousands of dollars in expenses and also affords the parties the opportunity to settle upon mutually agreeable terms.

Rosalba Figueroa
Ms. Figueroa specializes in Workers' Compensation Defense and has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2003.
